She is a tremendous asset to your organization and her exceptional customer service excellence has enhanced your brand considerably. I am going to start with the arrival at the building. The exterior of the building is very unique and beautiful. We were in awww.

We've stayed at this location before. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating.

It’s a good thing we got complimentary breakfast for two. The breakfast selection in my opinion was not worth the price it charges. What was exceptional at the property was the staff at the front reception Lorena and Anna at the Cantata Lounge. Their customer service skills were amazing. They both made me decide I would come back to the property. I was impressed with the room because it was ready for occupancy especially with the cool AC. The beds were comfortable and wonderful to sleep in.
