I had to use your lost and found and Kathleen was absolutely amazing in helping me locate my lost item and assuring me of how it will be returned. She is a tremendous asset to your organization and her exceptional customer service excellence has enhanced your brand considerably. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with her dedication and perseverance in providing a first class service experience, in such a friendly and caring manner. Everything was amazing,me and some other guest were a little upset that we had to pay for parking on top of the already expensive rental,so unfortunately I will not be staying there again,we where told it was because we rented through bookings.com or another party, which is sucky we thought we where getting a deal, and bam ,nope you have to pay 40 for valay parking or 20-30 in public parking around the block

Room was clean and well stocked with towels. We requested a room with a pool view, which we received. Pool was clean and quiet, which was nice for our toddler. Breakfast buffet was really nice and suited our needs well, we appreciated the availability of plant based milk and lactose free yogurt options. Staff were very friendly, by all accounts.

I accidently picked the wrong night to stay. My online booking was for Saturday, but I had wanted Friday. This was done online and the website did have problems with going back to defaults such as adding an extra person. Whatever happened, the front desk were able to change my booking and check me in. All done in a short period of time.

The staff were amazing right from the valet outside, to Earl at the front desk who was extremely welcoming and friendly and even offered to upgrade us since we were celebrating my wife's birthday, he went above and beyond. The lounge staff were also extremely welcoming and helpful and we look forward to staying here again.
